The Sisterdale Shindig Society invites you to partake in an enchanted evening of culinary delight and holiday merriment. Chef Jake Gandolfo of Black Board Bar B Q and Chef Millard Kuykendall of 814 A Texas Bistro have hatched a 12-course chef's tasting menu that embodies the spirit of the holiday carol. This unique concept menu has never been attempted and will be run ONE NIGHT ONLY. Black Boards own Chef/Wine Guru, Jo Irizarry will hand select several regional wines for pairing that will be showcased. They will be available for tasting and purchase. Recording artist T-Roy Miller will be featured as this year’s musical guest and will be performing his entire holiday instrumental album for your listening pleasure. This is an extremely limited seating engagement and will be held to 50 seats. Do not hesitate to make your reservations as this event guarantees to sell out.
